Sioure has implemented a Security feature call Fail2Ban, where our server monitors SMTP, POP3, FTP Connections. When a user connect to an email with more than 3 failed attempts the IP Address is blocked from making connections.
In most cases this has blocked legitimate connections. We apologize for any inconvenience cause by this. If your connect to emails were blocked by Fail2Ban Please contact your support department for restoration of your IP Address.
If your office has a static IP Address your IP Can be added to our Trusted List. If you have any questions feel free to contact us
